Missteps to Magic: The Wedding Edition
On a recent recce to my wedding venue, I got flashbacks of all the things that went wrong first time around...
Welcome to all you lovely people. I wanted to start this week by thanking you all for being here. I know many of you have quietly supported me for many years, while others of you I speak to pretty much every week. Without you, I couldn’t make the economics of this platform work and over the past year, the thousands of readers who have taken in my words for free have been able to do so through your patronage. I made the decision to go behind a paywall for many reasons, but one of the guiding aims was that I really wanted to create something special for those of you who have connected with my work, followed me along the way and invested in this space. I hope that it feels more intimate and useful for you and with the reduced number of eyes, you might feel more comfortable getting the most out of me! Any time you have a question or there is something I can help you with, please do just reach out. I want this to be as much of a two-way street as possible, so while I know it can feel a little weird to message someone you don’t know IRL, I’m giving you carte blanche.
